Review of Hwange Safari LodgeAs an outdoor adventure blogger with a penchant for family-friendly destinations, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hwange Safari Lodge with my loved ones, nestled within the stunning Hwange National Park. With over 100 species of mammals and nearly 400 bird species nearby, the natural environment proved to be a thrill for my family. The welcoming atmosphere created by the attentive staff made our stay truly enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home, offering family-oriented activities and a clean pool that kept our children engaged. While the lodge is currently undergoing much-needed renovations, we appreciated the effort to update the space. Our newly refurbished room offered stunning views of the park, where we often caught glimpses of wilder wildlife–a perfect backdrop for our family getaway. One aspect worth noting was the evening entertainment, which provided a delightful way for families to wind down after a day of exploration. We were surprised by the breakfast pricing, which overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.
